CueZen is looking for a driven, curious, and energetic Business Development Manager to scale our presence in the U.S. market. You’ll lead commercial growth by building partnerships across digital health, pharma, and care delivery. It’s a high-impact role at a pivotal time—funding secured, product validated, and U.S. entry underway. Join us to shape our go-to-market playbook and grow with a purpose-led team.   • Drive and close new commercial partnerships with health tech, pharma, and provider orgs

CueZen is seeking a strategic, relationship-driven Channel Manager to lead our indirect sales and distribution partnerships. You’ll work at the intersection of partner enablement, co-marketing, and channel strategy, driving growth through a network of ecosystem partners, resellers, and digital health platforms. This is a new and critical role designed for someone who can build from scratch, activate early champions, and scale thoughtfully. As we are a Microsoft Pegasus company, your first enterprise relationships will be built with this critical partner and extended ecosystem. This is a full-time, remote role based in the U.S.

  • Develop and execute CueZen’s channel and partnership strategy across digital health, pharma services, and technology integrators
  • Identify, onboard, and enable new channel partners and resellers
  • Collaborate with BD, marketing, and product teams to build co-branded materials, partner pitches, and integration pathways
  • Define and track channel KPIs including pipeline sourced, partner engagement, and revenue attribution
  • Manage partner relationships end-to-end, from kickoff to ongoing success and expansion
  • 5+ years in channel management, partnerships, or alliances, preferably in health tech, SaaS, or life sciences
  • Demonstrated success launching and scaling partner programs
  • Strong interpersonal and commercial instincts—able to represent CueZen externally and collaborate effectively internally
  • Comfortable in fast-moving, startup environments with a hands-on mindset

  • Architect scalable data platforms and lead end-to-end development of big data pipelines and analytics systems.
